All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected, it is driven to a nearby secure compound with laser beam security system and CCTV. The yard is fully secure and is insured, and further is manned 24 hours a day. Here your car will remain until you return.

Arrival Procedure for Knights of London - Meet and Greet
A member of uniformed staff will call you 20-30 minutes prior to your pre-booked arrival time to confirm drop off point and your exact arrival time to the departures terminal. On meeting a member of our staff at the departures, they will assist you with your luggage.
When you get back to Heathrow Airport
Once you have collected all your luggage, then you simply call our number, when you exit the terminal a driver will be waiting for you with your car at the designated point.

Used Knights twice this week and also previously. Excellent comms and the vehicle returned without undue wait. It has never been washed though contrary to the advert.
All in all a solid service and I will use them again.

Failed to meet our expectations, especially after reading the other reviews. Long delays both on departure and again on the return from our holiday, when all you want to do is get home as fast as possible. The biggest disappointment was that the car was returned filthy when we had been assured it would be valeted while we were away. A big let down.
