Security Measures
Your car is stored in a secure compound with perimeter fencing, entry barriers and CCTV coverage.
Transfer Information
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Arrival Procedure
On your way to the airport we ask that you call prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, when you reach the Terminal your driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you.
Return Procedure
On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal your driver will meet you with your car.
Driving Directions
Drive to the drop off zone in the departures area at the terminal entrance where your driver will be waiting to meet you, assist you with your luggage and park your car for you.
On your return to Gatwick you are asked to call us when you have collected your luggage. A driver will be sent immediately your car will be returned to the arrivals level. Your driver will be at hand to assist you with any luggage. The driver who meets you on your departure will identify himself by matching the details you submitted when you booked. Please hand your pre-paid voucher to the driver. If you are going to arrive prior to your agreed arrival time please let us know as soon as you possibly can.
