Found the facility very good would have given 5 other than a slight confusion when I returned but nothing serious enough to complain I would reccommend to friends

First time I used Meet and Greet service and I was a bit concerned, e.g if they will turn up to collect and drop car on time. I will not hesitate to use them again and again! Excellent service..No waiting time...Thanks for your service.

Despite calling well in advance, giving all my details, reference number etc, I had to wait 15-20 min for someone to pick up my car on the outbound journey. I managed to catch my plane last minute. Service on the way back was good.
