Arrival Procedure for Liverpool Long Stay
Upon arrival at the car park take a ticket from the barrier and retain until your return, then park your vehicle and make your way to the terminal.
When you get back to Liverpool Airport
Upon your return take the ticket you received at the barrier upon entry to the car park and present it with your Park and Go voucher / reference number at the Customer Service Kiosk opposite the Yellow Submarine in the Short Stay Car Park. You will then be issued with an exit ticket.

How to get to Liverpool Long Stay
From all major roads please follow signs for Liverpool Airport. Once you reach the airport follow signs for the Long Term car park, which is located adjacent to the terminal.
Upon arrival at the car park take a ticket from the barrier and retain until your return, then park your vehicle and make your way to the terminal.

very convenient and fairly priced. instructions need to be clearer as to where you validate your ticket upon leaving. The print out said the ticket office was opposite the yellow submarine. But it was not. I had to ask security and it was located at the foot of the multi-storey car park.

I have used this car park a couple of times and in the past was very pleased. This time however it took me 2 trips back to the kiosk to find out why my ticket wouldnt let me out. The man in the kiosk was a little impatient and ended up having to raise the barrier for me.My flight landed 20 minutes early but it made no difference as it took me half an hour to get out of the car park. On this occassion i wasnt very pleased and not sure if i would use it again.

Got stranded due to volcano. Very impressed that son was allowed to collect car on our behalf while we were still overseas. Easy to arrange/use service, very good location will definitely use again!

I really cannot comment on this service as with a cancelled flight it was not used. The only comment I can make is disappointment in being told that I was not going to be reimbursed. I really feel that with circumstances completely beyond control that some sort of repayment should be in place

As the voucher said on your return go to the booth opposite the yellow submarine in the car park, I believe this information is not straight forward as it was not in side but on the outside with no sign points to direct you then when I finally find it they tell me I didnt need to go there as the ticket had the info on to allow me to exit the car park
