Location: This service operates from the departures area outside the terminal building, but your car is stored away from the airport.
Security Measures: All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to a fully secure and insured compound, where your car will remain until your return.
Transfers: Transfers to not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Arrival Procedure: On your way to the airport we ask that you call the driver 15-20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm your drop off time, when you reach the Terminal our driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you.
Return Procedure: On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal our driver will meet you with your car.
Directions: Follow signs to the airport and pull up in the drop off lane outside the terminal building. At the terminal entrance your driver will be waiting to meet you, assist you with your luggage and park your car for you. You are asked to call the number on your pre-paid voucher 15 - 20 minutes prior to your arrival. On your return to Birmingham a driver will be awaiting with your car.
