Security Measures
This car park is constructed to the highest levels of security, incorporating CCTV, Perimeter fencing and Barrier control into its security system. The car park is also regularly patrolled.
Transfer Information
Transfers to the airport run continuously 24 hours a day, all transfers are free of charge. The courtesy bus will transport you to the south terminal only, if you are departing from the north terminal, you can board the monorail service, also free of charge, from the south terminal which will transfer you to the north. The courtesy bus journey takes approx 5 minutes to reach the south terminal buses operate every 10 minutes.
Arrival Procedure
Take a ticket from the barrier and retain until your return, park your vehicle and board the courtesy bus.
Return Procedure
After transfering back to the car park, providing your booking reference is printed on your entry ticket, drive to the exit barriers, insert your entry ticket and depart. If the word 'Cashier' and NOT your booking reference appear on the entry ticket, park outside the exit office and exchange your entry ticket and email confirmation (or quote booking reference) for an exit ticket.

Driving Directions
From the direction of London or Brighton, exit M23 at J9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Keeping on the inside lane, exit left at the next roundabout following signs for the South Terminal and then take the second exit on the left, sign-posted Long Stay Car Park. Follow signs for Long Stay South bear right until you reach the entrance barrier for Long Stay South car park.

Everything was ok except the bus service back to the car. There did not seem to be sufficient buses to cope with the number of people returning. There were 3 of us, I decided to go to the car on my own leaving my 2 friends with bags at the terminal. The bus was so overcrowded. Everything else was fine.

Excellent! I managed to book the wrong car park, booked South then found out we were flying from North, this wasn't a problem i just called the number on the confirmation slip and he told me to park in the North car park then take the ticket to the attendent along with my payment receipt on my return, it wasn't a problem, it took 5 minutes to check out! Perfect outcome.

Easy to find. Bus arrived within minutes. Journey time 5 mins. Return bus home was outside the arrivals point could not have been better. No problems with exiting with the ticket, barrier went straight up.
