Lufthansa Launches Personal Assistant Service At Heathrow

Lufthansa has announced the launch of a dedicated Personal Assistant service for its First Class customers and HON Circle Members at London Heathrow Airport.
The service, for which the airline has completed a successful three-month trial, applies to passengers departing from Terminal 2.
A dedicated Personal Assistant will meet customers at check-in and escort them through security control directly to the Lufthansa lounge.
Passengers arriving at Heathrow can also benefit from the service, with a Personal Assistant meeting them at the aircraft door.
Marianne Sammann, general manager for Lufthansa UK and Ireland, commented: "Lufthansa's new Personal Assistant service offers a new and exclusive benefit for our best and most loyal customers flying out of London, further strengthening our leading position in the premium segment.
"As on of Lufthansa's most important markets, London boasts the highest share of Lufthansa's UK-based top frequent fliers and London-Heathrow alone ranks number six in Lufthansa's worldwide rankings for HON Circle membership."
