- Location: This service operates from the departures area outside the Terminal Building.
- Security Measures: Your car is stored in the Luton Airport CarParkz car park located very close to the Airport.
- Transfers: Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
- Arrival Procedure: On your way to the airport we ask that you call 10 minutes prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form.
When you reach the Terminal the driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you. - Return Procedure: On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal the driver will meet you with your car.
- Directions: Follow signs to Luton Airport from all major roads. On your way to the airport we ask that you call 10 minutes prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form.

Good - but it's rather a long walk compared with Gatwick - particularly when it's so COLD!

Everything went smoothly although instructions on exactly where to meet at Luton Airport were slightly unclear. Remarkably quick production of my car on return. Very reasonable cost.Will use CarParkz again.

Good service, drop off was excellent. Pick up was good only spoiled by response on the phone on return. When I called after picking up luggage as instructed to and was warned that if they waited longer than 10 mins I would be charged and told to call back on leaving terminal. Then waited for......... 10 mins! Assume I will get refund

Luton meet & greet. The meet part was ok, although it was requested that you call 10 mins before you arrive and it took 3 mins to get through. As for the greet part, I stood outside in sub zero temp for 20 minutes waiting for my car to arrive. Not the service I have received at other airports.
