Security Measures
Your car is stored in the Luton Airport CarParkz car park located very close to the Airport.
Transfer Information
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Arrival Procedure
On your way to the airport we ask that you call 30 minutes prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form.
Please enter Short Stay car park and wait till the driver approaches you. Please give the driver Short tay car park ticket you got at the entrance.
The driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you in the secure compound away from airport.
Return Procedure
On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel.
When you exit the Terminal, please go to Short Stay car park, where the car will be returned to you. Please ensure you have got a Short stay car park ticket from your driver.
You would need to pay 1.00 extra to exit Short stay car park.

Found our experience quite good. However, upon dropping our car off and the driver got in the car he was confused how to drive the car, and therefore reved the car up and was in neutral? so worried my husband.?? However on collection of the car the person driving the car seemed ok and we collected the car without any problems.

We arrived an hour early (roadworks not as bad as predicted!) and this was no problem at all. On return we did have to wait about 10 mins for our car to come back which was a bit annoying (hence 4/5) as we were keen to get home!
