Excellent service, which almost made it a pleasure to use Luton, one of the worst airports in the UK for access and customer service. I've already recommended Carparkz to some other friends at a breakfast meeting today. I notice you list airport parking at Stansted, which is where we normally fly from, so I'll be checking this out next time we are flying. Thanks for an excellent service.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the service. Easy to find location, in a roundabout, exactly as specified on the website, kool staff, grounded, sarcastic and with a great sense of humour, available (did not have to wait in a queue either on the phone or face-to-face), the transfer bus - fantastic - an honest service I thought which deserves to be encouraged. I even took a photo of the mileage on the car when I entered the car park (after reading other websites in the past) and it was identical upon my return... I would not hesitate to use this car park again; it is extremely close to the airport, maybe 5 mins journey to the departures lounge and 5 mins walk. The staff made a difference I must say - very normal!

I have used Park&Go many times and the service has always been excellent. We were upgraded to Meet & Greet due to building works at thier site, without charge. The people are curteous and very helpful. I would recommend them to everyone!

Using CARPARKZ made the parking exercise so simple. Just drop off the car in safe hands and you are taken by minibus straight to the terminal in minutes. No queues of parked cars and finding a space which you have to remember for your return. No queues to get on a bus with lots of people. More of a personal service and for less than the other car parks. Pick up exaclty the same. Just a call to say arrived and the bus was there. Will always use this company.
