Arrival Procedure for Luton Short-Term Parking

Upon arrival at the car park, drive up to the entry barrier and press the button for a ticket. When the barrier lifts you may enter and park in any available space.

Please note that you will need to take your car park entry ticket and booking confirmation with you, for your return and exit.

When you get back to Luton Airport

On your return to Luton Airport, please go to the NCP customer service desk that is located within the terminal building. Present your car park entry ticket and booking confirmation and this will be validated in order to enable you to exit the parking compound.

You may then return to your vehicle. When you approach the exit barrier enter your validated ticket and you may exit the car park.
