Disappointed with the service this time. Last time we were met at the airport when we arrived and the car was there when we got back. This time however, we had to wait up to 10 mins. for our car to be collected and returned, despite contacting as we got off the plane.

Normally have no problems, but was very disappointed on the return of my car, it was absolutely filthy and looked as though it had been parked under trees, not a problem, but a quick swill with a hosepipe would have easily resolved this and would have cost little to nothing. Otherwise, everything was fine. I did comment on this to the driver who returned my car, and his comments were - blame the trees!

Second time I use the service, and I think I will never go back to normal car parks as long as cost remains as competitive as it was. It is so much easier when travelling alone with a baby and it saves a lot of time once arrived (no taxi/bus wait, straight off).
