Security Measures
The car park is fully secured and is regularly patrolled by security staff. It has security fencing and good floodlighting. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark, a national security award accredited by the Association of Chief Police Officers. Before being awarded the Park Mark, car parks have to be inspected by the police. They have to have modern security measures, such as alarms and CCTV, and be clean and well-lit. Car parks which have been awarded the Park Mark are regularly reinspected by the police.
Transfer Information
Transfers run 24 hours a day, every 10 minutes and just take five minutes to reach the terminals. Look out for bus number 1.
Arrival Procedure
Please take a copy of your email confirmation (or make note of your booking reference). At the barrier, either show, or tell the attendant your booking details/reference number by pressing the buzzer. Please do not insert a credit or debit card. Please do not press for a ticket.
Return Procedure
Make your way to the exit. The departure procedures are the same as the arrival procedures: Either show, or tell the attendant your booking details/reference number by pressing the buzzer at the barrier. Please do not insert a credit or debit card.

Driving Directions
Leave the M56 at Junction 5. Keep to the right hand lane and follow the signposts for Terminals 1 and 3. You will see the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by Bewleys Hotel, on your left hand side. Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit on this roundabout and go straight on at the next mini roundabout. This will take you directly to the entrance to the Long Stay car park for terminals 1 and 3. The postcode is M90 3NS

Great, would definitely use again, we got the bus to terminal, which was waiting and on our return journey we just walked across at it was so close.

The directions were not clear and I eneded up in going to T2 parking. Also you could add that to remember the parking space number so will be easier to remember the car location.
Also the bus stop location should be mention on the booking confirmation.
Over all its not value for money and a bit expensive in the current economic climate.

Easy to find,no problem parking when we arrived, bus came shortly afterwards, on return cane out bus was already at stop, set off after five minutes, very good experience and will definitely be using this car park again.

Excellent service couldn't have been easier. Arrived at long stay carpark T1 and 3 Gave reference number over intercom, parked up and waited 5mins for shuttle bus straight to terminal.(One suggestion leave plenty of time on return check out just incase shuttle bus is full and you have to wait 15mins for the next).
