A great easy service. We returned to the Uk 5 days late due to the 'Ash cloud' and were not charged any extra which was great. We were so happy to find that staff understood this issue as other car parks were not as understanding.The shuttle runs every 15 minutes which is great as we were not standing around. Overall a 5* car park which i will use again when flying from Manchester Airport.

Excellent service, although it would have been nice to receive more information regarding the return. I had to guess where to go for collection and even then wasn't sure which was the right bus.
