What is the location of MIA - Meet and Greet in relation to Manchester Airport?
This service operates from the departures area outside terminals 1,2 and 3, but your car is stored in a secure compount less than 5 minutes from the Airport.
Security Measures at MIA - Meet and Greet
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected the driver will take it to a fully secure and insured compound with CCTV, Security Fencing and regular patrols.
MIA - Meet and Greet Transfer Information - Manchester Airport Terminal
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met outside the Terminal.
Arrival Procedure for MIA - Meet and Greet
You are required to phone the driver, using the telephone number on your confirmation document, when you are 15 minutes (or 15 miles) away from the Airport. The driver will then arrange to meet you at the drop off zone outside the terminal that you are departing from.
When you get back to Manchester Airport
Full details of the returns procedure will be given by your driver when you drop off your vehicle. The driver will monitor your flight, but you are asked to phone the driver when you have collected all your luggage to confirm that you are ready.
How to get to MIA - Meet and Greet
Follow signs to the Airport from all major routes and drive to the Terminal. The exact meeting point for your driver will be confirmed when you call in adance of your arrival.

My outbound journey was fantastic, i pulled up to a gentleman waiting for me he helped me with the cases out of the car which was a god send as i was travelling alone with 3 children. On my return journey i waiting 10min for someone to arrive which i didnt mind, the gemntleman got out the car said 'Are you Mrs Dwyer?' i replied yes and my keys were handed over and he walked away - it was afetr midnight i was a woman alone with 2 cases 3 children and a buggy and was left to load my car alone - i know loading and unloading isnt in the job desciption but a young lady alone with 3 kids would of been courtesy to ask. My only other complaint is that i feel ID should of been asked for before handing my keys over - if someone asks you if its your car holding the ketys in your face your bound to say YES !Saying this i would use again for the ease of not having to get a shuttle bus to and from the terminal.

Absolutely fantastic!! Person was there to meet us at the airport and there on our return even though a busy time. Fantastic price and fantastic service. Would gladly recommend and use again

Would highly recommend using this service to all - very efficient, no waiting and extremely good value for money. We were travelling with a toddler and it minimised stress levels !!

Met at the airport on time by a smartly dressed man, he was very polite and professional. The car was not even dirty when we got it back, we were expecting dust on it every where. The car was on time again and we received the same professionalism once again. Its our first time using this procedure and would definately use this company again
