Monarch Launches Manchester Service To Murcia

Monarch, the low fares airline, has launched a new route from Manchester Airport to Murcia.
Flights to the Spanish city will depart five times a week, until the summer season when the service becomes daily.
Murcia is the twelfth largest metropolitan area of Spain with 563,272 inhabitants.
The city offers a host of sights for visitors to enjoy, including the gothic-style Cathedral of the Diocese of Cartagena and the colourful Bishop's Palace.
A charming landscaped square, the Glorieta, has traditionally been the centre of Murcia.
Liz Savage, managing director of Monarch's scheduled services, commented: "We are delighted to be launching this new route from Manchester to Murcia and have been overwhelmed by how well it has been received with the first flight almost fully booked and over 20,000 bookings already taken.
"There are plenty of low fares still available though, with fares starting from only £36.99 one way (including tax)."
