Great value car park, loads of spaces and the buses are very prompt and regular!! And i'm very glad i didn't get charged for the 7 hour delay we had!! Definitly use them whenever i travel

I was impressed with this service as it functioned exactly as it says on the site.
I drove up and the registration was recognised. I was issued with a parking ticket and after picking up the car drove away without encountering any problem.

Yet again, parking with no problems. Pick up buses regular and lots of spaces near bus stops. It would be useful if the directions were a little clearer as we struggled again to find the right road. Just a little tip head towards the main terminal and drive through. Dont worry when you see the sign "short-term car park" as you drive past the entrance to the short term car park and onto the road to the long term car park.

Arrived and went straight into a car parking space. A bus pulled up within two mins and the drop off was fine. On return had another good experience, was back to my car within five mins...

Easy parking, buses very frequent, only problem on return bus was very crowded, but will definitely use car park again.

As we attempted to leave the car park at around 2.00am in the morning, we put our pre paid ticket into the machine only to be told there was an outstanding amount of £72.00. We then had to park up the car and go into the office to sort it out the man took the ticket, used the computer then gave us back the ticket, no explanation or apology.
We will not be using this service again!

Faultless, system did not recognise my reg number (system down) but spoke to customer services and they sorted it out no problem. Pick up/set down fine and regular, car park was great. Would recommend.
