New European Destinations At Stansted

Users of Stansted Airport are set to benefit from the introduction of two new European destinations, it was announced on Monday (May 12th).
As of this week, passengers will be able to take advantage of flights from the London hub to Athens and Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania.
The Athens route, operated by Aegean Airlines, will offer two departures a day for those looking to escape to the Greek capital.
Meanwhile, the Lithuanian Airlines service to Vilnius provides passengers with a direct link to the 2009 European Capital of Culture.
Nick Barton, Stansted Airport's Strategy and Solutions Director commented: "Stansted offers more direct scheduled connections throughout Europe than any other airport in the UK and we're delighted to be extending those links further with the arrival this week of Athens and Vilnius onto our comprehensive route network."
The London hub is also set to welcome new services to Bezier and Rimini in June.
