The whole procedure of booking in and being collected was very good. On returning there was not a mini bus waiting for us but a quick phone call and they were there in two minutes

I used Park and Fly Newcastle for the first time when flying on holiday to Cyprus early in May. The staff were highly competent and courteous. The organisation was first-class. I'll use it again.

Had to cancel because Easyjet cancelled the flight [nothing to do with ash cloud]. Telephoned and guy was very helpful and I am using my car parking fees in October when I re-book.
