- Location: This service operates from the short stay car park just outside the terminal building, but your car is stored away from the airport.
- Security Measures: All our drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to a fully secure compound, where your car will remain until your return.
- Transfers: Transfers to not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
- Arrival Procedure: Twenty minutes prior to your arrival please call the Driver to re-confirm your arrival time.
Upon arrival at stansted follow signs for short stay parking.
When leaving the roundabout take the first enterance which is zone (a), and now called the red car park, collect a ticket and proceed through the barrier.
Follow exit markings on the road to zone (c), which is still the red car park, as you enter car park (c) drive up to the canopied walkway, where the representative will meet you. - Return Procedure: After collecting your luggage please call the Driver, those with hand luggage please call after clearing customs.
Walk past WHSmiths.
You will see LoveJuice on your left.
Go past and take the ramp down to the short stay car park.
At the bottom turn right and walk to the end of the walkway this is zone (c), where the driver will meet you. - Directions: Arrival Instructions

If you miss car park (a) you will need to drive round and re-enter, do not go into fastrak, do not go into zone (d) flight arrivals the 15 minutes pick up and drop off point as you will be charged to get out. Please note that if you arrive before your stated drop off time you will incur short term parking charges, as parking is limited to 15 minutes free waiting period. Our representative can only wait 15 minutes either side of the stated drop off time if not advised of any changes to your arrival time.
Return Instructions

Please note that there is only a 15 minutes free parking period and vehicles held after this time will become liable for parking fees in order to exit, so please do not call until you have your luggage. Your vehicle will be returned with in 15 minutes from the time of your phone call.

Used this service at stansted. Very good. Extremely convenient when travelling with small children. Worth the extra money especially on the return trip.

Good service again as usual. There was one small hiccup, though, when we turned up to collect our vehicle. We always collect from the Red Car Park, this time we were told to go to the Blue Park. After about 25 minutes we still had no vehicle, it had been taken to the Red Park. Still, after a phone call it was all sorted out quickly and efficiently and it didn't cause us too much of a problem, and it certainly won't stop us using Orange Meet and Greet again in September. Thank you again for a good service.

On every other occasion I've used the meet and greet, the service has been excellent. This time, although the service was as excellent as ever, it appeared that my van had been parked under a tree for 2 weeks and the birds had used it for target practice. As I said though I've used meet and greet about 6/7 times now and this has been my first ever moan, and it is only a minor one.
