Excellent service, we were met promptly at the terminal where our car was collected from us by 2 friendly staff. On our return we were collected by minibus within 5 minutes of our phone call to let them know we'd arrived. We would definitely recommend and use next time we fly from Stansted - also cheaper than any other parking we found.

arrival was the only problem because on the instructions it was not made clear that the roundabout with your turnoff was the 2nd one when approaching from bishops stortford direction and not the 1st one.A map should be supplied.you were very helpful after we had taken the wrong turn and we did eventually get it right.Arrival back in the UK was excellently dealt with considering the weather at the time.It was the quickest response and departure we have ever experienced.Many thanks!

Quick, speedy and friendly service. Minibus to get you to the airport isn't the flashiest (it's an old LDV that looks like it was bought second hand from a scout group) but the journey's so short it hardly matters. Pick up on arrival back at Stansted was a little longer but still only 10-15 minutes from walking through customs to getting to the car.

I have used Orange parking at Stansted a few times now, their service is first class and beats anything else at Stansted.

Very convenient location and quick transfer BUT caused a lot of stress and confusion. I rang them 20 mins before arrival and the lady took my name and said there was change of plans, instead of going to parking, go to drop-off zone by the airport. I did. I waited and waited. I rang them again and they said there was some confusion as the lady thought I was using a different service and anyway they haven't got my name anywhere as I booked too late. No apology whatsoever. Because of all that we almost missed our plane and they refused to pick the car from the airport despite that, made us drive there anyway although it wasn't our fault. Not impressed.

Orange Park and Ride provided an excellent service for me and my children. Friendly staff and prompt transit to and from the airport which made the end of my holiday hassle free. I would definitely use this company again when travelling from Stansted. Thank you very much.

Overall good and polite service. Appears a bit low-budget compared to the bigger car park outfits but I wouldn't let that put you off. Only problem is that their directions are not great. On the way there it says "don't enter short stay parking" It should say, turn right at the roundabout BEFORE short stay parking. There are several roundabouts and its not clear which one you need. ALSO the return instructions are for INTERNATIONAL arrivals only. We had a domestic flight that comes out in a different place so following their instructions sends you on a wild goose-chase - i.e. there are 2 short-stay/ramp exits and you need the one diagonally opposite INTERNATIONAL arrivals, the one diagonally opposite DOMESTIC arrivals sends you down to the train station and into the WRONG car park. After having our flight cancelled, spending a night sleeping in an airport and having to pay for an extra days parking this was not funny.
