Very easy to get to, pleasant drivers, i did have to wait a while at the airport for collection but i was on my own and traffic was pretty bad monday morning. definitely park again.

Firstly I must say that I have used this car park many times over the last few years with little problem but I have to say this time that I think it is fair to say that my last experience on 5th July was anything but. Outbound everything fine Inbound was a nightmare 1 hour wait for my pick-up I find unacceptable after a long day and flight delays etc.(I know this is not Car Park fault).Apparently I was initially told that driver would be around in 15 mins I waited with no response from them about ongoing problem with a broken down vehicle on route,I know these things happen but surely where is the vehicle back up to combat this inevitable problem? Only 1 driver on duty!! They had to Hire a vehicle from another company and on top of that get an off duty driver to call in to cover(On his wife's birthday to cap it all)It took me 4 hours to fly home from Turkey and 3 hours to get from Manchester to Burnley says it all.Extra staff and newer vehicle are the order of the day I feel and I felt sorry for the 2 guys who where on duty as I think they will be in for a night of hassle from unhappy customers. Company need to access this quickly. I will use this car park again because staff very good and I'm sure this will only be a one off case.

Disgusted that Park & Go charge a cancellation fee of £7.50 to their customers who had to cancel because of the ash!

I found the staff courteous and competent and I'd definitely use this car park again. It is c.20-30 mins. drive to the airport on the minibus which is fine and I allowed for this in my timings. You keep your car keys which (although need to be carefully looked after while on holiday) does mean that the car will not be moved without your knowledge. I found this to be good value and a good service.

Excellent taking us to the airport but a little slow picking us up when we got back. We would definitely use them again as it is really good value for money
