Very pleased indeed. the park was easy to find, well sign posted from the road. (wish i could say the same about the road signs to get back onto the m40).Easily found again once in the airport to come home.Didn't have to wait more than a few moments for the bus service either way (to and from the airport).
The drivers were most helpful.
The payment and emails which confirmed the booking were promt and infomative.
really happy and will recommend and use this service again.

Found the directions to be not clear with ref to a spur road which i did not understand. I just wanted road names.
On my paperwork i had the park listed as two different names - one being park and go.It is actually called long stay car park. Luckily i saw a bus come out of the long stay park with a title on it i recognised from the paperwork.

i was unhappy to be charged an extra 15 quid.it was the fault of the airport that i was late,immigration and baggage collection took over an hour and a half.apart from that i will use you again.

It's funny how we rate airport car parks by how long we have to wait for the transfer bus. In this case, I'm pleased to say, the buses were prompt, clean and efficient

As usual all was great parking at Parking Express T1,2,3. The new buses were good and now T4 is not included there seemed to be more space available to use. My only criticism is that for people who have to use the office to validate the exit ticket the car parking arrangements are not very clear, I ended parking on double yellow lines. Other than that, superb!!

When checking out from the parking, I expected that the registration number could be read automatically and we could go smoothly, but actually we should drop in the office. This is the biggest difference from other popular parking places, I believe. Bus transportation timing was very good in fact.

After booking online and paying in advance, I returned from my business trip a day early to be told that no refund would be offered. In addition I had to go into the office to validate my exit ticket. I see no benefit over just turning up.
