Had to wait 26 minutes for the bus for the airport terminal, then on return discovered that the pre-paid ticket wasn't issued so needed validation at the office, and again the shuttle from the airport to the carpark waiting time was rather excessive. Would never go there again.

Great parking straight in parked up easy straight on a bus and same when we came home. No hassles dead easy only thing i will say is the name we booked under "Parking Express" was not mentioned on any signage to the car park you have to follow the signs to "long stay car park Heathrow" Maybe it was us being a bit thick though.

We appreciated the reviews of others telling us to look for Long Term Parking Terminals 1,2 &3. The gates are orange (not green as shown in the photo). We buzzed at the gate to make sure we were in the right place; parked and hopped on the bus. Came back two days later. Showed our 'voucher' email to the staff in the Customer Services and that was it. Our card was scanned and credited and we drove out through the barrier. Very easy. TOP TIP: We forgot to look carefully at where the buses dropped us off and it took us a while to find it when we came home - watch out for that one! ALSO: The bus journey takes about 10 minutes and they run every 15 minutes. So add 25 mins to your journey time!

I thought it was very good apart from when we arrived at the car park we was looking for (parking Express)as it was not named apart from Terminal 1 & 3 long stay parking.we was slighty confussed.Apart from that a very good service with no hanging around.We will use you again.

We arrived back around midnight and called for the bus. It arrived quickly and both the driver and the person in the office were helpful and friendly - excellent service all round.

Other than the Airport Authorities making it clear to incoming passengers where they should stand to catch the shuttle bus (eventually saw a small sign saying Bus 17/Car parks 1,2and 3 on the wall) it was very good arrangements
