Transfer Information
The transfers to and from the airport are free of charge. Transfers will take 8 - 15 minutes for terminals 1,2 and 3. Buses operate every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day.
Arrival Procedure
Take a ticket from the barrier and retain until your return, park your vehicle and board the courtesy bus.
Return Procedure
Board courtesy bus and return to car park. Take the ticket you received at the barrier and present it and your Park and Go voucher / reference number at the exit kiosk.

Driving Directions
From M40, join M25 at junction 16. From M25, leave motorway at junction 15 to join M4 and leave M4 at junction sign posted LONDON HEATHROW AIRPORT, TERMINALS 1,2 & 3. From M4 motorway, follow directions as above for M4. Follow signs for Long Term Parking, take the second turn on the left off the Heathrow Spur Road. Turn right at the roundabout, turn left at the traffic lights. Follow signs to Long Stay Parking for "PARKING EXPRESS".

Parking at the airport was excellent. The service was very good. Pick up at the bus stop very quickly on my departure and on my return. The service I received when i returned to retrieve my exit ticket was very swift. I will definitely be using this car park next time I fly.

System didnt pick up Reg plate on entry so asked for full payment when we tried to exit. Assistant in Cust Care was very helpful and sorted out the issue but experience wasnt as smooth as it has been when we used this the other year.

The parking and service is great BUT WHY do you keep saying that one should follow signs to "Parking Express",when no such signs exist-and,I understand,have not for two years!!It is totally confusing.
