Waited 45mins for the bus back to the car park after landing - awful. cold and wet with a teary 5yr old. Not what I expected after paying £28 to park for 4 days. Won't be using this car park again.

very easy to use, number plate recognition on the gates so no fuss if you'd prebooked, and both journeys there was a bus waiting too. very fuss free...would recommend!

Easy to book, easy to find, easy to use. I no longer bother with price comparison websites as Park & Go provide everything I want at a competitive price.

not sure whether we were at the right carpark so went into office. Your staff were excellent. They were very helpful. Bus driver on the way to airport excellent, on the way back not so good.

I booked on line, which was easy.on arrival at the carpark the machine easily recognised our reg. both entry and exit were smooth and trouble free.

Very good, easy to find and plenty of shuttle buses, Do note which colour zone and bus stop No you park near as we saw several people looking for their cars when we came back, (we take a photo with mobile phone)allow about 30 minutes to park and arrive at terminal (bus takes appx 15 mins)

Parking fine, entrance did not read no plate
otherwise ok. On return OK but nowhere did the bus instuctions say any bus goes to area
Q for disabled and that it is a request stop
and the driver has to be notified. We did a tour of the car park by bus.
