Security Measures
All the drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected the driver will park it at the secure compound where it will remain until your return. The compound has perimeter fencing and CCTV.
Transfer Information
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Arrival Procedure
When approaching the airport complex please follow the signs for the airports Main Car Park. On the short approach to the car park you will be met by a Platinum Parking representative who will take you through the car parks barriers to the designated drop off area.
In this secure area luggage can be conveniently and safely unloaded and immediately after the vehicle will be driven to Platinum Parking’s secure, CCTV controlled, offsite compound.
The drop off area is also conveniently sited directly opposite departures.
Platinum Parking appreciates that travel times may vary en route and alter the agreed Meet and Greet time. So when you are approximately 20 minutes/10 miles away from the airport please call their 24 hr mobile number so they can adjust the meet and greet time to suit you.
Return Procedure
Upon return to the airport please phone when you have collected your baggage from the carousel. A driver will be sent with your car to meet you at the terminal.

Used Platinum Parking for the first time this January, were met as planned at Robin Hood Airport at 3am, called the number on collecting our bags and car was waiting for us outside. It is a great service and we will be booking again for September..well done!

Excellent service, the valet was well worth it. Only problem we had was on arrival we were moved on by a policeman. Maybe another waiting area could be used. Will definately use you again and will recommend to friends and family. Many thanks.

Drop off was very early am and although it was middle of the night for most they answered phone straight away and everything was sorted to great satisfaction. When we landed they were already there at airport, waiting outside of airport car park and literally just had to drive through the gates to us. Excellent value for money!
