Everything worked well. Just a small criticism is the time we had to wait at Heathrow Terminal 5 (about 25 mins) before we got picked up.

Had to wait for 45 min to be picked up at terminal 5. Then it took the driver a further 20 min to get back to my car!

Happy with the overall service, didn,t have to wait long for the courtesy bus to & from the airport and dropped off right outside the car on return. Would certainly recommend and will use again.
