The car park has security fencing and CCTV, 24 hour security. Holders of the police gold secure award.
Transfer Information
The transfers to the airport are free of charge which will take between 10 and 15 minutes. The courtesy bus operates frequently. Transfers operate to terminals 1 - 5.
Arrival Procedure
Check in at one of our kiosks, park your vehicle in one of the designated spaces, and a courtesy mini bus will take you to your Terminal.
Return Procedure
All return instructions will be given on arrival at the car park.

Driving Directions
From M25: Leave motorway at junction 15 and follow M4 signposted to London.
From M4: Leave motorway at junction 3 and follow A312 north signposted to Hayes and Western International Market. After 500 yards at the first roundabout turn right by Tesco in the direction of Southall onto Hayes Road. Go past Western International Market and after about 500 yards go straight over a mini-roundabout. The road bears to the left over a canal. Brent Road is the next turning on the left by the used car lot. purpleparking is at the very end of Brent Road.

Great efficient service, traffic gridlock neatly sidestepped by local knowledge of minibus driver meant we caught the plane!
On return took about 20mins from Pick up to driving off, would def use again.

I tried this again after a bad experience 5 years ago, which involved them damaging my car and settling out of court. This time, my experience was very good - near perfect. Access to the car park is clearly marked, even though there are lots of twists and turns to get there. There were two shuttle buses waiting to go and plenty of spaces within a 1 minute walk of the buses. Do be aware that you MUST surrender your keys and that they will drive your car offsite to secure parking. This is not clearly shown on the website. As a precaution, I took photos of my mileage with their contract date and time in the photo, plus exterior photos. This was paranoia on my part after my experience 5 years ago where the car was driven about 10 miles and severely damaged. This time, I returned to a clean and undamaged car which had been driven only 4 tenths of a mile. Upon arrival, there was a shuttle bus waiting for me at Bus Stop 17 in Terminal 5. Again, excellent service. The price is very competitive and as long as you're willing to let someone else drive your car, it is a great service. There were many BMWs and Mercedes in the parking lot, so it seems that even high-value car owners trust this service now. Only complaint this time - one driver had the radio on a foreign language channel at VERY LOUD pitch, even when the bus was turned off and he was standing outside. It was a bit hard to take so early in the morning. Fortunately, I had earplugs, but other passengers were clearly squirming.
