Good experience, more expensive than purple parking but not so much as to make it extravagant. Will use again if the price is right.

Top service! Happy to use it again anytime!
Quick pick up both ways, with clean busses and careful drivers. Car was ready and cleaned off the snow, when we came back. No problem, even though the flight was delayed 3 hrs.

Directions to the car park very poor, spent an hour driving round, & was not the only one, even after speaking with other people with a GPS, they had problems trying to find the place...
But once I found it, service was good, value for money, although had to wait over 15mins for bus to arrive,

In general a good service. What let it down for me was:
1) A booking made the same day as travel on the web site was not transferred into the system. Consequently check-in was slower than it needed to be.
2) The branding on the courtesy bus did not match that at the parking location and therefore not easy to recognise. Consequently I wasted 15 minutes waiting for the pick-up bus at the airport that was in fact already there.
