Absolutely no hassle. The directions were clear, the minibus was waiting and the service was very courteous. When we returned we were met at the time stated and our car was ready outside Reception. The very best parking experience we've ever had (and we've had many!) And the price was really good.

First time I have left a car away from home so expecting some problems - but pleasantly surprised. Everything went well and transfers to airport made better by friendly drivers.

First time we have used Reeds, a small friendly set up, they were very prompt on departure and arrival, our car was ready to go on the forecourt. We would definitely use them again

The service was very good. The mini bus was waiting for us when we arrived at the bus stop on our return, so we got to our car quicker than would have been the case if we'd have parked at the airport. The car was safe and sound!

I must say we had a very good experience using reeds parking.
The mini bus was their waiting when we arrived to take us to the terminal.
When we arrived back to the uk it had been snowing, we called the number given and the mini bus picked us up very quickly from the terminal and our car was clear of snow and ready to go.
Would use again.

Followed the directions without problem and although we were almost 45 mins earlier than expected we were greeted and directed pleasantly and taken immediately to Terminal 5. Return instructions were clearly explained. On our return we phoned to notify our arrival and waited maybe up to 5 minutes before being collected, again in a very pleasant and helpful manner. The cost compared to other carparks was very good.
Having experienced long waits in crowded buses elsewhere this was an absolute pleasure. Perhaps Reeds parking operation is smaller than other competitors but whatever the reason we were very, very impressed.

Despite arriving early for our outward bound flight we were quickly and cheerfully dealt with. On our return "out of hours" we were picked up with very little waiting. I am sure we would use Reeds parking again if flying from T4 or 5
