The booking was simple online. Your driver turned up within 5 mins of our arrival and instructions were clear as to where to meet. The only minor concern was that car was covered in tree pollen ( or alike ) on our return.

As we had the chance of direct comparison of your service with friends who were holidaying with us & who used another meet and greet supplier, your company was not as good in terms of communications. e.g. our flight was delayed upon return; despite sending you a couple of messages to keep you informed, we got no confirmation back as compred to our friends who did. Also, as we travelled at very busy times of the year (23rd & 30th Dec) the arrangements to meet your operatives at the end of the tunnel at the ground floor of terminal South was nothing short of chaotic and did not fill us with confidence. In fact, I would say it added unnecessary stress to the experience and we started to think it would be better to pay extra to park our own car at the south terminal parking facility. Sorry to be negative - but this was our first experience of this form of airport parking & we expected more!

The drop off was not handled well as we were made to wait 20 min which is long time when you are paying for speed. The collection was done well as the car was waiting for us when we came out. The vallet service on offer is an excellent idea but at £25 it is pricey compared to a normal car washing service the normally is half that.

Having used this company many times before this time I was disappointed. My flight was changed to fly out of north, not south terminal. Iinformed the office the day before and again as I approached the airport. However the chauffeur was still sent to the wrong terminal and we spent 40 mins waiting on a very cold day. On our return we waited 30 minutes for our car and then the driver dropped his mobile phone in the front seat and we waited another 45mins for someone to collect it. Not a great experience and a shame as I attempting to demonstrate to someone how quick and efficient the process was.

Great service, 5 to 10 mins wait both ways, which to me is very good,cheaper then long stay carpark,keep it up, thanks.

Leaving the car was fine, but on collection our back bumper had been damaged and steering column had been adjusted! Drivers side seemed to have cigarette ash although the car didn't smell of tobacco - strange! Still waiting for the company to pay for the damage to the bunper( that was 3 months ago). Best to sign for collection and check car over when you get it back before you drive away. Also take note of mileage before you hand it over. Wouldn't use them again unless this is resolved.
