Since we needed more time than most my dad's in a wheelchair I'd managed to book for 03:40 as I'd used the Park And Go site, which hadn't noticed that SPS only open at 04:00! However SPS called us the night before and arranged to meet us earlier, and provided me with the mobile number of the driver who was actually meeting us. He was very friendly and helpful and the drop off went smoothly (as it has in the past!). On returning, we were delayed by a little trouble with the wheelchair but the driver was again very helpful, even bringing the car back around to the same drop-off point for us. The car was also very nicely cleaned for £20 extra whilst in SPS's care. Overall - I'll use them again and in fact would be biased towards Stansted for this service.
