Security Measures
All Stansted Parking Solutions drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. When your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure INDOOR compound.
Transfer Information
Transfers do not apply for this service. A driver will meet you at the Terminal.
Arrival Procedure
Twenty minutes prior to your arrival please call the Driver to re-confirm your arrival time. Please note if you arrive more than 30 min either side of the time booked, the booking may be refused.
On arrival at Stansted you must enter the RED SHORT STAY CAR PARK, which is situated to the front of the main terminal, here a uniformed representative will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal. They will inspect your vehicle for any damage and issue a numbered "return vehicle document" PLEASE KEEP THIS DOCUMENT SAFE UNTIL YOUR RETURN.
Return Procedure
On your return and before you collect your baggage you must call Stansted Parking Solutions on the number given at the top of the "return vehicle document". A representative will then be waiting for you with your vehicle in the same RED SHORT STAY CAR PARK by the canopied walkway.

From all directions follow signs to Stansted Airport.

Excellent service, just remember to bring a couple of quid to exit the short stay car park on your return. Will certainly use SPS again.

My best parking expirence to date, as we had a weelchair passenger we were met just outside the terminal. On our return our car was waiting as we left the terminal; could not have been better. Well done, Stansted Park & Go.

The service provided was excellent, however the gentleman who collected my car did not give us any paperwork at all and I spent the whole time we were away worrying that our car had be stolen. I did question why we were not given anything and he just said they don't bother with it anymore. This could cause quite a potential problem if your car does not arrive back to you in the same condition as you left it.

The problem that we had was we did not know there were a number of companies operating under the Park and Go name. My son booked his car in to catch the same flight as we were using Park and Go. The problem occured when we returned he rang for his car and mine. They said they had his car, but not mine and were very unhelpful implying that I must have given my car keys to a complete stranger. After some worry I rang the number on my sheet realising that it was different. Only to have the situation explained very clearly by SPS Who were very helpful and said that they had my car ready. I must be made clear by your company that there are a number of operators or this situation could occur again.

Great service will use again. Even though our return flight to Stansted was delayed for around 90 minutes and did not arrive until 1:00am we phoned as requested when through luggage clearance and car arrived just as we walked out of airport. How good is that?
