Sterling Expands Operations At Edinburgh

Sterling Airlines will launch two new routes to Scandinavia from Edinburgh next summer.
The Dutch carrier revealed that it was planning flights from the Scottish capital to the Swedish city Stockholm and Copenhagen in Denmark.
Carole Arnaud-Battandier, international marketing manager for the airline, said that the expansion was in order "to satisfy its growing number of customers" and added: "The magical realms of Scandinavia are just waiting for you."
Tickets from Edinburgh to Stockholm are currently available for £44 and flights to Copenhagen cost £74.
The airline recently announced several other new routes from the UK.
These included a service between Gatwick and Oslo and flights from East Midlands Airport to Oslo, Copenhagen and Stockholm.
Ryanair also revealed that it was expanding its operations at Edinburgh. The low cost airline will launch new routes to the European destinations of Marseille, Pisa, Bremen, Frankfurt and Alicante in 2008.
Airport managing director David Johnston commented: "This is fantastic news for Edinburgh Airport, our passengers and for the city.
"It is also a boost for Scotland's tourism industry, strengthening our countrys connectivity with key inbound visitor markets."
