Strike Means Greek Easy Jets Flights From London Are Cancelled

Low-cost carrier easyJet has revealed that strike action by airport workers in Greece means that a number of UK flights will be cancelled tomorrow (December 12th).
The airline said that 12 services to and from Athens airport would be affected by the industrial action, including six to and from UK airports.
According to the carrier, the services which will not run from the UK are flights EZY5085 and EZY5087 from Gatwick to Athens and EZY2001 from Luton to the Greek capital.
In addition, flights from Athens to the London hubs will also be cancelled.
Passengers who are supposed to be travelling on these flights can either cancel their ticket and receive a full refund or re-route to their final destination at the earliest opportunity.
An easyJet statement added: "Although these extraordinary circumstances are entirely outside of the control of the airline, easyJet would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused."
