Waited for someone for a bit before departure otherwise friendly service. But we were disappointed when a sentimental piece that was part of our car key ring went missing and the guy walked off to look for it in "another car" but did not come back so we left.

Got back on Sunday night, and this is the first time I have used this service. My car was ready and waiting for me right outside the door. Luggage was loaded for me, and I was on my way home in minutes. What an excellent service! Polite and friendly drivers. I will definately use this service again.

We were very impressed by the service we received. Car was collected on time (even though we were half and hour late and they had other customer commitments they still made it to us on time) and the collection was as smooth - we didn't have to wait around at all. We would definately use this service again and have no hesitation recommending this service. A1 - thank you!!
