Arrival Procedure for Tailored Parking Services Meet and Greet
On your way to the airport we ask that you call prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, when you reach the Terminal our driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you.
When you get back to Gatwick Airport
On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal our driver will meet you with your car.
How to get to Tailored Parking Services Meet and Greet
At the terminal entrance your driver will be waiting to meet you, assist you with your luggage and park your car for you. Your driver will be at hand to assist you with any luggage. The driver who meets you on your departure will identify himself by matching the details you submitted when you booked. Please hand your pre-paid voucher to the driver.
On your return to Gatwick you are asked to call us when you have collected your luggage. A driver will be sent immediately your car will be returned to the arrivals level.

All worked smoothly. Just a little concerned that when I walked up to my car, he just handed me the keys, with no id from me.

poor service never on time made to wait an hour on arrival back all cold and tired and just wanted to go home....never to use this service again will use another service shame as i was advised they were good.

we were a little disappointed on the outward journey as we had to wait 45 minutes at the airport for the courier to arrive. This was stressful as we were constantly pressurised by the parking marshalls. The homeward response was much better.
