  • Location: This service operates from the departures area outside the North and South Terminals, but your car is stored just 4 miles from the airport.
  • Security Measures: Your car is stored in a secure floodlit car park with security cameras, microwave detection system, and 24 hour security guards.
  • Transfers: Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
  • Arrival Procedure: On your way to the airport we ask that you call prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, when you reach the Terminal our driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you.
  • Return Procedure: On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal our driver will meet you with your car.
  • Directions: At the terminal entrance your driver will be waiting to meet you, assist you with your luggage and park your car for you. Your driver will be at hand to assist you with any luggage. The driver who meets you on your departure will identify himself by matching the details you submitted when you booked. Please hand your pre-paid voucher to the driver.

    On your return to Gatwick you are asked to call us when you have collected your luggage. A driver will be sent immediately your car will be returned to the arrivals level.

Brilliant service ! were very quick to arrive when i called to pick the car up On the way home they had even called and texted me to ask me about when i needed the car before i had landed - talk about proactive! would always use this service thankyou !

We have been using Tailored Parking Services at Gatwick, booked through Park and Go, for over 5 years, twice a year. We have always had an excellent, prompt and friendly service. A phone call 10-15 minutes from Gatwick means they are there to meet us at the departure drop off and a call when we clear customs has the car back with us within 5 minutes on return. They car is returned in a good state with a small number of miles on the clock. In all, just the service we want at a cost little different from parking ourselves and catching a bus to and from the terminal. Keep up the good service!

The driver was waiting for me as I pulled into Gatwick and was returned the car within 2 minutes of me stepping out of the terminal when I got back, so no waiting around at all. He even knew that we would be back again 4 weeks later so was very well briefed. All our dealings with the company have been very professional and the staff friendly and courteous. We will be using this service every time we go to Gatwick.

We used the Meet and Greet service at Gatwick airport as we have 2 small children and were very impressed. They were very helpful on the telephone when calling on approach and met us immediately at the start of our journey. On our return we called after picking up our bags and again very helpful on the phone. They were waiting with our car and also helped with loading and unloading the bags. I would definitely use this service again.
