John Sutherland says:
Excellent and straightforward. My return flight was delayed by 36 hours, and I returned to Teesside at half past midnight. There was no extra charge and the response from the 'voice' at the barrier was quick and polite. Just what you need after a 46 hour journey that should have taken 10! Thank you.

Bill Donnelly says:
The car park was excellent and close enough for elderly relatives to walk without to much strain. On return the airport staff let us down badly. 1, No one at the information point and we waited for 10 minutes to proceess ticket. 2, Staff on the help line phone were slow to answer. Eventually we were advised to go straight to the car park exit and on leaving as press for help. This member of staff was courteous and efficiant enough, however the whole exit experience was deplorable.
