Security Measures at UB8 - Meet and Greet
All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle, when your car is collected our driver will take it to the UB8 Car Park which is a fully secure and insured compound, where your car will remain until your return.
UB8 - Meet and Greet Transfer Information - Heathrow Airport Terminal
Transfers to not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Arrival Procedure for UB8 - Meet and Greet
On your way to the airport we ask that you call prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, when you reach the Terminal a driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you.
When you get back to Heathrow Airport
On your return we ask that you call to confirm your return once you have collected your baggage from the carousel. When you exit the Terminal a driver will meet you with your car.
How to get to UB8 - Meet and Greet
One of our friendly drivers will collect your car from the designated terminal at the specified meeting time and drive it to UB8 Parking where it will remain until you return.
Once you have landed, collected your luggage and cleared customs, call on the number provided to you and your car will be returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes.

I was most impressed with the service, the UB8 person was at the agreed place in the car park. On our return, the car was delivered back to us promptly. I have no hestitation in recommending UB8 valet parking.

The only comment I have to make is about the "15 min phone call". The policy assumes that everybody has a phone with a hands free system. My journey to T5 is M3 and M25 so no where to pull in and phone you. I arranged to phone as soon as I got to the car park. On this occasion there was a 30 min wait for your rep.

A thoroughly great service. Friendly staff, fairly priced and prompt. My only teensy criticism would be the directions to finding the fast track drop off point but apart from that highly recommended and will defenitely use UB8 again.
