We have used this car park several times now. It is very easy to find (epecially in the dark. We drive down from the northwest), has excellent security, good shuttle service, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

We have used your service last few years and have been very happy with the service,however this time i was dissapointed at the wait for a transfer from the airport back to the car.We were waiting over 40 minutes in the cold at midnight the driver told us he would be with us in twenty mins. if he had to be so late he should have told us and we could have waited in the airport.

When we arrived at the car park we had to wait 30 mins for the coach to arrive.It was 4.00 in the morning so was still dark and was quite intimidating as there was nobody else around. The coaches were old and quite dirty inside.Perhaps this is why the price for the service was quite a bit cheaper than other ones.

Car park is ok considering the cost, arriving in the early hours means there is only one person on duty who also drives the minibus. Coming back was a bit cramped as it appeared one minibus had gone awol! The standard of the transport could have been better, there were some disturbing noises from the brakes. But considering the cost no great complaints.
