Good value for money. Staff very helpful. I would have missed my flight if they had not been so helpful.

overall the experience was very good. The only problem was, that on our return to our vehicle, the car parked next to us had parked far too close to our drivers side, therefore i couldnt get into my car through the drivers door, I had to climb through the passenger side. This was a problem, as I have recently had a knee replacement operation and it was a little difficult for me to climb in. The cars are parked a little close to each other.

Value for money, friendly and efficient service both to and from the airport, only had to wait 3 minutes for pick up from airport, the key is follow the instructions and don't call them untill you've cleared passport control

A little way from the airport, but easy to find. Transfer takes about 20 mins. We have had to sit in the bus and wait for other passengers to turn up occasionally, which can be annoying after a long journey. Otherwise pretty good service.

One negative comment though. Your busses look like they came from communist Ukraine and stank a bit of damp. Other wise all ok

Check in at the car park was not as smooth as could have been main gate did not have us down as arriving .
Drop off at each terminal a bonus !
Collection despite me calling well in advance to advise we were on an earlier flight and had been assured all would be fine .
Called on arrival at Manchester as we were told to and where we should meet the driver was advised he was already well on his way to us and we would be waiting approx 20 mins due to rush hour traffic .
Was told to stand by the bus stop outside t3 which we did.
Called up again when we had been waiting now 35 mins and was told he was still on his way and he would be there .
50 mins later and still no sign called again was told he couldnt contact the driver to find out how far off he was as the driver didnt have a hands free kit for his mobile !!.
Finally bus arrived but didnt stop where we were told to be we had to walk down to him he didnt even know who he was collecting .
Boarded the bus driver couldnt open his drivers side door to get in.
He just got in to take us off when low and behold he received a call asking him to wait as 2 more passengers had just called in .
He found them but again then couldnt get in the door .
Despite the very long wait which they kept blaming on the traffic looking at the traffic flow back I dont understand what the issue was and why it should take so long to get to us this journey even in rush hour shouldnt take 4 times as long as normal.
I am in the travel industry and have never encountered a problem with car parking like this before .
I would not use this company again I realise with the cost I paid it wasnt going to be ritzy but did expect a reasonable level of service which was definatley not forth coming .
