Journey to airport was excellent. Arrived and bus was there waiting. Driver loaded cases into bus and we left for airport straight away. Journey home. After collecting our luggage tried in several occasions to ring but couldn't get an answer so we made our way to the drop off point. There is the driver just stood there. Two other people were loading their luggage onto the bus while the driver just watched. My partner then struggled to put our luggage in as there was very little luggage space. I explained to the driver that I'd been trying to get hold of him and he shrugged his shoulders. I got in the bus and he slammed the door shut behind me even though my partner was still loading our luggage on. Journey to car park, he drove 15 miles an hour all the way, not quite sure what that was all about. Got there and he stopped the bus and got out and just stood there while my partner and the other gentleman had to get their own luggage out. Ourselves and the other two people both said we wouldn't use these again as the driver was very rude and unhelpful. Our cars were absolutely stinking plus ours had a scratch on the front which was not there when we left it. Thank god we didn't take our new car! We have used this car park many times before but I'm afraid that driver let them down badly.

good value for money.

We always use Oakwood Parking when flying from Bristol - they are less than five minutes' drive from the airport. The operation seems to have expanded recently but the service is still very good and the costs always competitive.

Good experience on the whole, thought the early drop off was a bit confusing as when we arrived there was no one there to explain where we left the car. Also waited half an hour before getting a lift up to the airport. The return journey was immediate and straight forward though.

Great parking service & so very close to the airport. Taken to & picked up from the airport within a few minutes. Very happy with Oakwood.

Have used Oakwood 3 times in the last 2 years and have had no issues with transfers being prompt and reliable. Will use again when flying from Bristol.

Fantastic. Don’t know why we haven’t used it before. Shuttle service was prompt & organised with keys handed over immediately.

All worked really well except at car pick up we were handed are key and told to go find the car. Car was not in the field in question so lost a good ten minutes walking around with our cases. When we reported the problem it was suggested we check another parking area.

Great efficient service. Friendly staff. Very good price compared to official airport car parks.

Oakwood is brilliant. They are very close to the airport and always there when you need them. Everyone who works there has been lovely. I highly recommend it. Good price too.
