Stress-free parking with no delays.

Usually park down at the opposition, on this occasion I went to Oakwood Parking. Very well organised, straight up to the airport, on return a quick phone call and the mini bus was there in less than five minutes. Gave all the passengers their keys at the airport so no waiting, just jump in your car and go. Will use again.

On arrival to the parking area there was no direction on where the collection point was. If it wasn't for the long queue of people already waiting we would not have known where to wait. Thank god it wasn't raining or the rating would have dropped to a 2. The service was understaffed, the poor guy was flat out taking details from us and others, taking calls giving directions. Well done mate! The return trip was prompt and hassle free and our vehicle was waiting for us.

I was delighted with the efficiency and cheerfulness of my driver. Particularly as we returned an hour late and it was midnight !

Great efficient service, both departing and arriving. Staff were friendly and helpful with luggage. We weren’t kept waiting for the bus to turn up, it was there within minutes. Great service will definitely be using Oakwood again

All in all a good experience. Got there and back quickly ...only slight complaint was we arrived at 4.30am and car park had no lighting, was pitch black. But would use again.
