Always excellent service. Used it many times.

So close to airport. Very easy transfers and very quick. Lovely, friendly, helpful driver.

Parking was fine but the mini bus driver who picked us up on 14th March was really rude. We called him up for pickup and explained we'd collected our bags and we were at the exit. He said to call him back when we're at the drop off point. It's a 20 second walk from the exit to the drop off point so I said we'll be there. He then said, "I'm coming now, and it takes 3 minutes. If you're not there I'm turning around and going straight back!" and hung up. We waited about 5 minutes for him to arrive. I get there's a short window for pick ups and drop offs but you don't need to be a jerk about it. I get that people have probably missed the bus in the past but there's ways of speaking to people without being aggressive. It left a bitter taste and I would not use Oakwood again.

Always get the very best service from Oakwood and the price is so good for what you get. Used them 6 times last year and they always gave me a great experience.

Very good service, prompt delivery and pick up from airport, all staff very friendly. One small issue, car park can be muddy if wet.

Well priced and easy to use.

Great place. Love staying at Oakwood, people are friendly, the buses run on demand and you rarely have to wait longer than 5 minutes. Have stayed on a number of occasions now and would stay again.
