Didn't answer calls when we arrived to the airport and when we finally got through it took 40+ mins to get the van to pick us then 30mins to the parking site. They asked for all the details beforehand but didn't even know which terminal to pick us from which defeats the point. I'd probably not use again opt for a more professional service.
