Simplicity itself especially at LHR Terminal 5. The representatives who collected my car and delivered it were polite courteous and helpful. I followed the instructions regarding a phone call before delivery prior to departure and a phone call on return and had my reference to hand on both occassions. Both delivery and collection actions are carried out in the confines of the short stay passenger car park, level four row L where the Purple Station is located. All in all a very personal and professional service which instils confidence (Very important!). From now on Purple you are the one - Thank You.

I have just returned from abroad having left my car with the Purple Parking Valet service at Heathrow. At 5.30am this morning I was told that there had been an accident with my car. Bumper, grill and front registration plate damaged. To be fair the guys at Heathrow were extremely courteous (and apolgetic) and they have given me a letter saying that they will cover all repair costs but I will still have to waste my time getting quotes etc and then arrange repairs. Valet parking was supposed to save me valuable time - it appears not!
