All OK and as normal had to wait to long for bus on our return. We were lucky to get on the bus and appox 25 passenges were left waiting in the cold.

From arrival to departure everything was first class. Arrived to be greeted with a smile and first class information, cases were loaded onto bus and after visit to spotless toilets we were on our way to T2 where bags were again unloaded and driver pointed out where pick up would be. On return journey after picking cases and going through customs we had to ring APH and were informed to go to pick-up point c outside in middle of road where bus would be soon,in fact we waited only a few minutes where a friendly driver seated all the customers and loaded all cases on to bus and asked everybody if they had good holidays. The drive back to APH was quick and upon arrival we were asked to go to reception to pick up keys on handing in paperwork whilst driver again unloaded cases,reception informed where car was parked and when ready to leave input code for gate release. All in all was a great start and end to holiday will use again and tell friends.

We used APH Manchester services for the first time last month during a 3 day trip to Paris. They had the most competitive prices and not knowing much about how they work, location, etc it left me and my wife a bit apprehensive. It turned out that APH made the whole experience really enjoyable and hassle free. The reception lounge is well organised and equipped. All the staff was friendly and the waiting time for drop off and pick up was adequate. I will be happy to recommend this car park and carry on using their services (providing the price keeps competitive!)

Directions easy to follow. On arrival both there and back all staff very friendly and helpful. An efficient service all round and would use this service again. The driver, Mike was extremely helpful with a good sense of humour.
