Security Measures

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. When your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure compound.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service. A driver will meet you at the Terminal.

Arrival Procedure

When you are approximately 20-25 minutes from Stansted please phone the number given on your confirmation email. You'll be directed to the short stay Orange car park.

Please have £6.00 cash ready to give to the chauffeur on arrival. The chauffeur needs this to to pay the exit fee from the Short Stay car park.

Return Procedure

When you have cleared passport control and have reclaimed all of your luggage and ready to leave the terminal please call the chauffeur number given to you on the confirmation email.

Additional Information

This parking service is non refundable / non amendable. Non-flex product customers receive a window of 30mins either side of their booked arrival time. Arrival outside of this window will result in a further charge of £10. Customer is responsible for airport barrier fees of £6.00 each way (short stay car Park).
Please note: Bookings for this car park cannot be cancelled or amended. A £6.00 car park fee is payable on both arrival and return.
