Security Measures

All drivers are fully insured to drive your vehicle. When your car is collected a driver will take it to a fully secure compound.

Transfer Information

Transfers do not apply for this service. A driver will meet you at the Terminal.

Arrival Procedure

Please call when you are 20-25 minutes from the Stansted airport.

Proceed to the Express Set Down - Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt.

Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

Return Procedure

When you have cleared passport control and have reclaimed all of your luggage and ready to leave the terminal please call the chauffeur number given to you on the confirmation email.

Additional Information

Exit fee on collection and exit fee on return up to £4.00 included. This is the first 10 minutes on exit, if the customer comes out after this time the barrier will show exit cost of £25.00 to pay, we ARE NOT responsible for any exit fees over the £4.00 first 10 minutes. To avoid extra charges call only once you are ready to collect your vehicle.
