APL Parking Liverpool Reviews

I had been told that on arrival, a van would be available, on call, to take us to the airport. We arrived slightly late and was told that the van had already gone. I was more or less told it was my fault. Then we were directed to another car park; fortunately I had sat nav so I found it easily. When we returned, I called them up for pick up and I was told the van would be there "shortly". It took 40 minutes. I would recommend anyone not to use this firm. It's one of the cheapest for a reason.
