Always a great service, car is looked after and ready when we arrived. Love that the drop off is literally a short walk from the terminal.

Having left the car together with return flight details and telephoned the appropriate number having collected our baggage I was amazed to find my car being driven off. Fortunately, I was able to jump in front of the car to stop it. I was told that I was about to be charged for overstay. How can this be - telephoned appropriately walked strait from the baggage hall to the car park. I am not responsible for the lateness of the flight or the inability of Birmingham Airport to deliver bags in reasonable time. The attitude of he member of staff was far from satisfactory and clearly was not appreciated by my passengers.

Used Maple several times before, always clear instructions and efficient. Already have another booking with them. Would recommend.
