BOOKING CONDITIONS

Park and Go Services Limited, trading as Park and Go, is acting as an agent for the individual local airport car parking suppliers which offer car parking on the basis described below.

Parking Contract
Park and Go is an agent for the car-parking supplier. Your car-parking contract is made with the car-parking supplier concerned, on its terms and conditions. Each car-parking supplier will generally accept responsibility for its own negligence and will maintain an insurance policy accordingly. It will not accept responsibility for the acts of any third party and neither will it accept responsibility for your car or anything in it, which is covered by any other insurance policy. Each car-parking supplier's terms and conditions are exhibited at each car park or are available on request.

Car Parking suppliers will disclaim any liability, if you do not notify them of any loss or damage to your vehicle before you leave the car park.

Local car parking suppliers do not accept liability for the following:

  • Loose items or articles not otherwise permanently affixed to the vehicle.
  • Damage to windscreen or windows.
  • Mechanical or electrical defects to the vehicle, as these can arise at any time.
  • Hire charges or hotel charges, however so incurred.
  • Personal possessions left in the vehicle.

Some car-parking suppliers extend their own insurance, on payment of an additional premium, to include cover for some matters for which they would not normally accept liability. Park and Go encourage you to take this extra insurance, details of which may be available at the car park reception.

Car parking suppliers may require you to use alternative car parks to the ones indicated, particularly at peak periods.

It is important that you keep your car parking receipt safe whilst on holiday. Local car parking suppliers have a lien for all charges due and will only release your car on production of this receipt or payment of the appropriate amount.

How to Book
Book on-line at www.parkandgo.co.uk or call Park and Go on 01904 379042. You must notify Park and Go of any change in your holiday or flight details once you have made the booking.

Car Parking Vouchers
All clients will be issued with a car-parking voucher from Park and Go, before departure from the UK. This voucher is a pre-paid voucher and must be presented to the car-parking supplier, at the time of delivery of your vehicle, unless otherwise instructed.

Large Vehicles
Any vehicle larger than a regular car parking space, ie Vans, Trucks, Caravans and Trailers etc may not be accepted at certain car parks, or an additional charge may apply. Please phone Park and Go before booking if your vehicle is not a Car and/or is larger than a normal car parking space. Car Parks reserve the right to refuse entry if you do not follow this procedure.

Payment
Park and Go accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro and American Express. Cheques should be made payable to Park and Go Services Ltd. Cheques cannot be accepted, as payment within 10 days of first parking date.

Park and Go will accept bookings made using a voucher code which entitles the customer to a further discount off the cost of their airport parking. Park and Go will also accept a booking from "Cashback websites", however Park and Go will not accept a booking that comes from a "Cashback website" and uses a discount code, only the discount will be given unless a prior agreement is made.

Additional Charges
Car parking providers reserve the right to charge you locally for additional days parking, airport access fees, for commercial vehicles or for vehicles larger than standard parking space. Where ever possible information regarding additional fees is available on our website on each car parking providers information page and throughout the booking process. If you require any information about additional fees please contact Park and Go before making your booking.

Cancellations and Amendments Charges
Cancellations must be made in writing and will take affect from the date received by Park and Go. No cancellations will be accepted verbally.

All bookings are subject to cancellation charges per car as follows:

  • Outside of 24 hours of first parking date: £7.50 administration charge.
  • Within 24 hours of first parking date: 100% charge.
  • Parking Express SuperSaver, Summer Special SuperSaver, S.V.S Meet and Greet and Circle Meet and Greet products cannot be cancelled or amended.
  • Advance products cannot be cancelled or amended. (Advance products indicated by the word "Advance" in the name of the product.)
  • Where cancellation waiver has been purchased a booking can be cancelled at any time prior to the time the parking was booked for, a full refund will be given minus the cost of the cancellation waiver.

Any changes made to a booking will be subject to amendment charges as follows:

  • Outside of 24 hours of first parking date: any additional cost of parking.
  • Within 24 hours of first parking date: £7.50 or 50% of cost of parking; (whichever is the lesser) and any additional cost of parking.
  • Parking Express SuperSaver, Summer Special SuperSaver, S.V.S Meet and Greet and Circle Meet and Greet products cannot be cancelled or amended.
  • Advance products cannot be cancelled or amended. (Advance products indicated by the word "Advance" in the name of the product.)
  • Where cancellation waiver has been purchased a booking can be amended at any time prior to the time the parking was originally booked for, only the additional cost of parking (if applicable) will be charged.

Complaints
Park and Go are willing to consider complaints on your behalf, complaints must be made in writing and all relevant documents and receipts must be forwarded with your complaint.
